Organic vs non-organic proof picture

Newcastle University has published a review of non-organic vs organic research in its study, Nutritional Composition of Organic Crop Foods.  The study has found that organic food has more desirable antioxidants and phenolics and less potentially harmful cadmium, nitrogen and pesticide residues than non-organic food. We’re happy to have final proof that organic food and wine is better and more natural.
